Josh Stumpenhorst

Josh Stumpenhorst (AKA @stumpteacher on Twitter) is a 6th grade language arts and social science teacher in suburban Chicago, IL. He also coaches basketball and is the computer club advisor. Josh shares extensively via Twitter and blogs and is always "seeking ways to engage and connect with students." When announcing Josh's selection as the 2012 Illinois Teacher of the Year, State Superintendent Christopher A. Koch said, “Josh is a student-centered teacher who focuses on creating effective learning that will help every student be successful.
