Panel Discussion: Moving Forward 

Josh Stumpenhorst: (AKA @stumpteacher on Twitter) is a 6th grade language arts and social science teacher in suburban Chicago, IL and the 2012 Illinois Teacher of the Year. He also coaches basketball and is the computer club advisor. Josh shares extensively via Twitter and blogs and is always "seeking ways to engage and connect with students." 

Jaime Vandergrift (AKA @JaimeVanderG) is an experienced educator, presenter, and trainer. Her passion lies in educational technology, innovation, and finding the answers to the questions educators have about moving forward in 21st century classrooms. She believes in the power of being a connected educator and working with others who share the same ideals in education for the overall betterment in the future of education. 

Aaryn Schmuhl (AKA @aschmuhl) double majored in History and Secondary Education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and began his teaching career at Henry County Middle School in the Fall of 1999.  Mr. Schmuhl was a member of the inaugural staff at Luella Middle School in 2000 and taught 7th grade while coaching wrestling.  In June of 2004, he earned his Master's of Education in School Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education  in Cambridge, MA.  Mr. Schmuhl helped open Luella Elementary School as its Asst. Principal in 2004-2005 and then became the principal of Luella Middle School from the 2005-2006 school year until accepting his new role as Assistant Superintendent of Learning & Leadership Services in 2011.
